As a tourist visiting Bogota for a week, my stay at Hoteles Bogota Inn Santa Barbara Usaquen was exceptional. The highlight was the huge king size bed, providing utmost comfort and a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the automatic lights that illuminated the hotel's common areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The spacious, clean rooms and the friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. The balcony offered a stunning view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and friendly staff.

I had a great stay at Hoteles Bogota Inn Santa Barbara Usaquen. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated their quick response when I had issues with the safe and the hairdryer. The location was also convenient, just a short walk to the Usaquen shopping and restaurant area. The 1300 checkout time was a nice bonus.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, daily water bottles, manager personally cooked breakfast, good value for money. Safe area, close to restaurants and shopping centers. Colombians try to make you feel at home. Better than a 6-star resort.

Great bed, shower. Breakfast eggs are good. 5min walk to the Usaquen shopping / bar / restaurant area. 1300 checkout is most welcome. The staff in general was very helpful. Also, the location was perfect.

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The basic amenities were all in place and the rooms were clean. The breakfast offered was a nice addition to the stay.

No major issues, all was well during my stay.

The staff was friendly, responsive, and very professional. The room was even better than the photos, it was spacious and clean. The breakfast, while simple, was served by helpful and cheerful staff in the canteen. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was excellent, much stronger than other hotels I've stayed in around Colombia. The location was convenient, as it was just outside the historic centre of Usaquén and felt safe to walk around, even in the evening.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with the room looking even better in person than in the photos. It was spacious and spotless, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, while simple, was served with a smile by the friendly and helpful ladies in the canteen. Additionally, the hotel's WIFI signal was much stronger compared to other places we stayed at around Colombia. The location of the hotel was great, being close to great restaurants, with Usaquen park just a short walk away.

Some of the staff lacked flexibility and understanding. Upon arrival, I had requested a late check-out but was initially forced to pay for another night.
