We loved our stay at Santa Cruz. The all-inclusive breakfast was amazing, and the staff provided excellent customer service. The security personnel were polite day and night. The room had great A/C conditioning. The hotel's location was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The common areas were charming, and we enjoyed the street-facing balcony and rooftop terrace. it was a great value for the money. It was a bit challenging that none of the staff spoke much English, but we managed.
