We were worried about finding transportation to Cartagena, but the concierge at Hotel Santa Marta By Mij went above and beyond to assist us. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly impressive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had generous amenities including a huge room and bathroom with great shower pressure. Hot water actually worked, unlike in other hotels. There was a fridge and safe, and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was the best in all of Colombia. They helped with credit card issues.
