The hotel had two great complementary perks, it had free Wi-Fi and the staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located to all the places I wanted to visit.

My stay was not perfect. I did not like the fact that the hotel did not have a kitchen.

As youngsters, we loved the central location with plenty of nearby cafes, bars, and nightclubs. The staff, especially Astrid, were amazing and super helpful, even speaking excellent English.

Felt like family, no complaints at all.

Despite arriving early, the hotel let me check in and even provided a delicious breakfast. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a strong internet signal. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, even helping me order a pizza. The location was convenient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me with finding restaurants and arranging transportation. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was easy to take day trips to Cartagena and Sant Marta. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked great. I was impressed with the level of service and the convenience of this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, although only one receptionist speaks English. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff is nice.

The breakfast buffet is a fail.
