I recently stayed at a hotel in Cartagena called Summer Frente Al Mar. My experience was beyond my imagination. The staff, including Raul, Carlos, Louis, and Ana, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The view from my room was spectacular, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The hotel had great amenities, including a rooftop pool deck and a clean pool. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and there was even Netflix available. The breakfast was tasty, and the chef, Diego, cooked delicious omelettes and scrambled eggs. The hotel was also conveniently located near the beach and had easy parking. I give it a 10/10 rating.

The location was convenient, with a bus stop just across the road for easy transportation. a highly recommended hotel with a professional team. 10/10.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was awesome, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, right across the road from the beach. And let me tell you, the staff here treated me like a VIP. From Raul at check-in to Diego and Maria serving delicious breakfast, everyone was supernice and made me feel welcome.

I recently stayed at Hotel Summer Frente Al Mar for a week-long beach vacation. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to the airport. The pool had an incredible view, and I loved that they even allowed access to the top of the hotel for an amazing panoramic view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with anything we needed. The pasta at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and they even provided complimentary juice. The room had a stylish design, and the bathroom was impressive. Not to mention, the hot tub was so comfortable, I almost fell asleep in it!

Good location close to the beach and helpful staff. Well-equipped and comfortable rooms with nice views and fan. Nice rooftop with great cocktails and stunning views. Limited dining options with early closing time. Rooms feature a fridge and safe.

The price and location were the only redeeming factors. The hotel was cheap and conveniently located near a supermarket and restaurants. However, these advantages were overshadowed by the terrible customer service and lack of basic amenities. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

The staff acted miserable and seemed to forget that they are in the customer service industry. The bathroom sink leaked throughout our stay and my girlfriend's shorts were even stolen from our room.

First of all, let me say that my stay at this hotel was simply amazing. The value for money is unbeatable - I couldn't believe what I got for the price I paid. The attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and spacious rooms with their own balcony and cool hammock, to the stunning view of the beach right from my window. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Plus, having breakfast included in the rate was a fantastic bonus.

The brand new junior suite with Jacuzzi and terrace with an amazing sea view exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect relaxation spot for my stay. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this venue and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is very convenient as it's close to the airport and right across from the beach. The room amenities were great with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a terrace with garden furniture. I also appreciated having access to the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and beachfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed anything.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I can't really think of any negatives to mention.
