Spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent showers. The thermal pools and gardens were blissful, and the support staff was great. The restaurant and pool were top-notch, making it an ideal location for a relaxing weekend break. The hot springs were a highlight and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. A welcoming and helpful staff added to the pleasant stay.

Guests can soak in numerous thermal pools dotted around the grounds, and enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. The restaurant may have some room for improvement, but the fantastic breakfast and outstanding service make up for it.

Beautiful surroundings and multiple hot tubs are a huge plus for this mountain resort. Both the food and service were great, with multiple options for dining and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the half-day bike ride and walking around the area.

Although comfortable, some rooms can be noisy due to their location. some staff may try to charge extra for small items like bottled water, so be sure to review your bill carefully.

During my recent stay at a rustic hotel nestled in a beautiful location, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food served at the restaurant. The Lomo Vietnamita, a dish consisting of filet medallions wrapped around carrots, green onion, and red pepper drizzled with a sweet garlic soy sauce demi glaze, was a delightful culinary experience. The French onion soup was also exceptional. While the lack of diet coke or coke zero was a small disappointment, the overall dining experience was fantastic.

The thermal pools were a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during our romantic escape. The beautiful environment surrounding the resort added to the overall charm of our stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet, particularly the omelette station, was a delicious and satisfying start to our day.

One aspect that detracted from our experience was the inadequate insulation in the cabins, resulting in a chilly atmosphere. Another downside was the noise from the cleaning and maintenance staff, as well as the nearby church, which disrupted our sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Termales El Otono! the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a variety of options including eggs, breads, soup, and delicious coffee. the massage therapists were truly amazing, providing fantastic massages that felt like a little piece of heaven. the location was perfect, allowing us to relax in nature and enjoy the thermal baths right in front of our room. It was a great alternative to the city and a convenient choice for those wanting to visit Parque de Los Nevados. the bungalows were beautiful, surrounded by lush trees and flowers. Our junior suite even had its own fireplace and an outdoor jacuzzi. our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend Termales El Otono!

This hotel provided an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff that ensured every need was met. the luxurious facilities including the spa lounge, outdoor swimming pool, and massage services surpassed expectations. the private garden area was a serene escape with stunning views. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap with a variety of drinks available. The food at the restaurant was exquisite with a variety of options including packed lunches and special diet menus. Cons: the only minor issue was a delay in the breakfast service one morning, but the staff quickly resolved the problem. this hotel exceeded expectations and provided an unforgettable luxurious stay.
