We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right next to the Sinu river was absolutely stunning. The room was beautifully furnished, with an incredibly comfortable big bed and excellent air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was huge and offered a diverse range of options. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring our every need was taken care of. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the convenient on-site parking.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Modern place with stylish sinu culture decoration. Located in a safe zone. Well-furnished room with AC and big comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet-like, big and diverse. Staff great, everything clean. Perfect location for activities.

I was quite surprised by my stay at Union Plaza. The modern and well-furnished room with air conditioning and a comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The buffet-like breakfast was diverse and satisfying. The location in a safe zone was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel decoration had a hint of local culture that gave it a unique vibe. the breakfast offered a good selection of options for different tastes. the location was safe and convenient for nearby attractions.

The power shut off automatically every time I left the room, including the fridge, which made it challenging to store my medication that required refrigeration. the fridge was warm upon arrival, which affected the freshness of the food and drinks.
