We stayed in a lovely traditional house that was turned into a cozy hotel, which was a unique and fun experience. the location was perfect; we were surrounded by the city's beautiful art and culture.

We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged, causing the bathroom to flood. Although the staff was quick to fix it, the administrator or owner didn't take measures to prevent the flooding from reoccurring, like caulking the shower base.

The hotel is a charming converted traditional house with a cozy ambiance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities. The staff is polite and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is convenient, close to various attractions and amenities. The overall experience offers a pleasant stay.

Plaza is a very nice, secure, and friendly place in a beautiful and welcoming city. The traditional house turned cozy hotel gives off a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is quick to fix issues, like the clogged shower drain, even though the bathroom still floods. With just a bit of silicone, it could easily be permanently fixed. Despite this small inconvenience, I still highly recommend staying at Plaza. it's a great place to experience the art and culture of this vibrant city.
