This hotel was a great find! the location was perfect - nestled in a high-end residential area and near the center of El Poblado. It felt safe and secure, which is always a top priority for me. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room, like the air con and the fridge, were definitely a plus. And last but not least, the breakfast spread had several options to choose from, which was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there's really nothing more that could be improved.

The spacious rooms and beautiful gardens were definitely a highlight of our romantic escape. We loved waking up in the morning feeling rested and refreshed. the home, cooked breakfasts with fresh, squeezed juices and fruits of the season were absolutely delicious. Plus, the friendly and attentive breakfast waitress made our mornings even more enjoyable. the hotel's location in a good district for tourists was perfect, with nice restaurants and shops just a few blocks' walk away.

Our experience at the hotel was not entirely perfect. the receptionist had trouble operating the EFTPOS machine during check, in, which caused some inconvenience.

This hotel is the best value for money in its area. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, as it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees, yet only six blocks away from the bustling Parque Lleras. I felt safe and it was very convenient for restaurants and other amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony overlooking the garden. The basic amenities were provided and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, served in a room open to the garden, was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Great location, close to vibrant nightlife and safe to walk at all hours. the metro is a fantastic way to get around. the hotel has a pretty terrace for breakfast and excellent wifi. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags until our departure.

The breakfast was a bit pricey and the hotel could have had a common electric kettle for guests to use. Also, there was construction going on nearby, causing noise disturbances during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided. The hotel facilities were great, including laundry service and secure parking. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We especially loved how close it was to Parque Lleras, the vibrant center of El Poblado. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful, with one receptionist who spoke excellent English.
