This hotel was a great find! the location was perfect - nestled in a high-end residential area and near the center of El Poblado. It felt safe and secure, which is always a top priority for me. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room, like the air con and the fridge, were definitely a plus. And last but not least, the breakfast spread had several options to choose from, which was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there's really nothing more that could be improved.

The breakfast in the pretty patio was delicious, with a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The spacious rooms and beautiful gardens were definitely a highlight of our romantic escape. We loved waking up in the morning feeling rested and refreshed. The home-cooked breakfasts with fresh-squeezed juices and fruits of the season were absolutely delicious. Plus, the friendly and attentive breakfast waitress made our mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel's location in a good district for tourists was perfect, with nice restaurants and shops just a few blocks' walk away.

The steep uphill walk to the hotel can be tiring and the internet connection was weak. while the orange juice was convenient, it would have been nicer if it was freshly pressed.
