The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided great advice on tourist areas and were very accommodating. The hotel itself was clean, with a beautiful view from the pool and a nice gym. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.

The restaurant and bar food was of poor quality and took a long time to arrive. One of my friends even got sick after eating a hamburger.

Stayed here twice in two weeks while going to and from Medellin. The staff was always courteous and eager to help. The parking garage was perfect and the room was super comfortable and clean. La Quinta will definitely be our go-to hotel from now on!

The staff at the front desk were extremely courteous and made me feel welcomed during my stay. The highlight was arriving on December 24th to find Santa greeting guests, adding a festive touch to the holiday season. Despite not getting the king size bed I initially requested, the queen size bed in my room was still comfortable.

The restaurant lacked good service. When I asked if I could have a customized omelet or eggs cooked a different way, I was told it was not possible.
