Helpful staff, quick laundry service, language barrier but they make an effort to communicate. Rooftop tub is refreshing after a hot day. Great value for the price, spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Convenient location for exploring nearby attractions.

The rooftop tub at Luka was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The views were breathtaking, and I enjoyed soaking in the warm water under the stars. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my stay at Luka was overall pleasant and I would recommend it to others.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices, making it a budget-friendly option without compromising on service or basic amenities. The staff were extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests, even if they didn't speak English. Additionally, the location right on the edge of ciudad Antigua was perfect, allowing easy access to the historic center and its attractions.

All was okay, but one small improvement could be made.

During my Easter stay, I was very pleased with the location of this hostel as it was just a stone's throw away from the historic center. I also appreciated the honesty and friendliness of the staff who were attentive to our needs. the hostel had two lovely terraces that provided a great view of the surrounding area.

The constant street noise and outside bar music, but I suppose this is to be expected as it was located on a main road. Another negative aspect was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use at times.

The location of the hostel is great, right on the edge of the historic center. It's convenient for exploring the city and being close to all the attractions. Additionally, the staff at the hostel is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service to guests.

The cleanliness of the dormitory and private rooms is a major issue. The lack of attention to detail in regards to cleaning detracts from the overall experience.
