We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, providing us with enhanced comfort during our visit. The location of this venue is superb, as it is conveniently close to the US Embassy, making it very convenient for those conducting business there. Additionally, we found it to be within walking distance of some great restaurants and even a shopping mall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and making reservations for us. The hotel's amenities, such as air conditioning and in-room safes, added to the overall quality of our stay.

The room issues were quickly resolved and the staff, particularly housekeeping and breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The manager was very open to suggestions for improvement. The breakfast lacked variety each day and the window in our room looked directly into another person's room. the staff's limited English made communication a bit challenging, and we didn't have a heater or AC in the room, which made the nights colder than expected.

During my easter stay, I really liked the helpful and courteous staff, especially the manager and doorman. They were always there to assist and provide useful information. the hotel's location was also a key factor as it was just a few blocks away from the US Embassy and close to the airport. This made it very convenient for me to get around.

I did have a couple of negative experiences during my stay. I found a long hair in the sheets of one of the beds, which was quite off-putting.
