We loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The dorm rooms were well-designed and had convenient features like in-room showers and lockers near the beds. The bathrooms were posh and always clean, with hot water available. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the city's main highlights, such as the museums, Monserrate, and the meeting point for walking and bike tours. We felt safe and secure in La Candelaria neighborhood, where the hotel is situated. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with helpful information about things to do and see in this city.

He gave great recommendations for places to eat and activities to do in Bogota. The beds provided privacy and the bunk bed stairs were not too high. The separated and clean bathrooms were a plus. The showers had warm water, which was important during cold nights in Bogota. The breakfast was continental with cereals, eggs, coffee, and fruits. the staff at Masaya made my stay superb.
