The hotel is located in a great Cali area, close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable and come equipped with everything we needed. The staff at the front desk, especially Kenny and Victor, were amazing and efficient in resolving any issues. The breakfast buffet, even at early hours, was full and impressive. The hotel is in a very exclusive neighborhood with lots of private security, providing a sense of safety and tranquility to our stay.

That the room we stayed in was a bit noisy, as it was located next to the street and over the bar.

Great location, walking distance to a nice mall. Breakfast was decent. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Kenny and Victor at the front desk. Comfortable, modern, and clean accommodations for a recent convention. Highly recommended for future stays.

Very personable staff, bilingual reception, convenient luggage storage, good restaurant, arrival fruit plate.

The breakfast at Hotel Ms Ciudad Jardin Plus was exceptional. We had an early morning flight to catch and the hotel went above and beyond to provide us with a delicious breakfast buffet at 4.30am. The selection of food was impressive and it really helped us start our day on a positive note. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time at a hotel in south Cali! Loved the welcoming fruit plate in the room and the convenience of leaving our luggage before our check-in time. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic restaurant on-site. the location was superb, and we felt incredibly safe in the affluent neighbourhood. Plus, we were only a short distance away from a huge mall and supermarkets.

Though these disruptions were unpleasant, we still enjoyed our time overall!
