The spa was heavenly, the free WI-FI and room service made my life easier. Usaquén is such a prestigious neighborhood, felt like a queen. The piano bar served amazing cocktails with a local twist, so fancy!

Such a pity that the gym didn't have a pink treadmill to match my outfit.

As a business traveler, I recently stayed at Nh Collection for a few nights. The hotel is conveniently located, with an annex to a shopping mall that offers a variety of eateries. It's also just a short walk away from a supermarket. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in the mountains in a nice neighborhood of Usaquen. The location felt extremely safe and had a lot of great restaurants and cafés to offer. The staff was great and attentive, with Anita from the restaurant and David from the reception standing out as particularly polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the streets and mountains. We also enjoyed the possibility of opening the window for fresh air. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a wide variety of food options for breakfast, which we really liked. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff provided daily fruits in the corridor and the local press in the mornings.

I recently had the most incredible stay at NH Collection Bogota Hacienda Royal. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, just minutes away from an array of fantastic restaurants and bars. Our room was flooded with sunlight, showcasing a breathtaking view through a huge window. And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely amazing! We were spoiled for choice with an extensive selection of sweet and savory options, including an abundant variety of fresh fruits. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. I truly have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly personal and helpful, especially when it came to navigating the finicky ATM's in the adjoining building and hailing taxis. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated their assistance. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fruits from all over the country. Additionally, the Sunday Art Market right next door was a pleasant surprise and brought some extra joy to my stay. The hotel is located in an upscale and walkable neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful trees.

We had a wonderful stay at Nh Collection! the location was perfect, situated near Parque Usaquen and a shopping mall. It felt safe, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. They even assisted us with translating forms for our tests. the room was spacious and had a lovely terrace overlooking the mountains. Despite the lack of central heating, the hotel provided heaters and blankets to keep us warm. it was a great experience.
