They were always attentive to guests' requests and made sure that everything was right at our fingertips. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the pool deck and fitness facility. The bartenders at the pool bar were amazing, and the drinks they served, especially the Paloma, were fantastic. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The lack of heating in the rooms was a downside. Guests had to request a portable heater as there was no central heating available.

Luxury and Comfort in the Bed

During our recent stay at the NH Collection, we were treated to a truly luxurious experience. The comfort of the bed exceeded our expectations, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The room itself was incredibly modern, offering a stunning and relaxing atmosphere.

They went above and beyond to make my New Year's experience enjoyable. The location of the hotel was superb, being centrally located to many famous zones in the city. Whether I wanted to explore the T Zone, G Zone, or 85 Zone, it was just a short car ride away. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near many delicious restaurants, allowing me to indulge in the variety of cuisines Bogota has to offer.

One downside of my stay was the lack of heating in the room. I had to request a portable heater, which was a bit inconvenient.
