We appreciated the complementary breakfast and the nicely furnished rooms. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was near many restaurants and a large shopping mall, making it easy to find great food and entertainment. the quiet neighborhood made it easy to sleep and relax.

The hotel did not accept card payments, which resulted in us having to go out of our way to withdraw cash from ATMs. Lastly, the language barrier was challenging, as the staff did not speak English fluently and our trip guide only spoke Spanish, creating communication difficulties.
