I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Portobelo Plaza in San Andres. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and the city center. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast and dinners were delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and provided great service. I had a wonderful experience at Portobelo Plaza and would definitely recommend it. I had a wonderful experience at Portobelo Plaza De Las Americas.

Despite the pleasant stay, there were some minor issues with the pool opening hours, which could have been extended to cater to guests who wanted to relax in the evening. Nevertheless, this did not significantly impact the overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. It was also just a short walk to the beach. We loved how convenient it was to explore the tourist zone without having to rely on taxis. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast included was delicious. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as the sun terrace. The room amenities were great too, with air conditioning and a safe for our belongings. we were very impressed with the quality of this hotel.

The hotel offered two complementary facts which were very helpful! The location was also great, close to everything but not too noisy. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. The rooms were not well-maintained and there were some issues with pests.
