The staff at El Porton De San Joaquin were exceptional! When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Felipe at the front desk, who spoke fluent English and made me feel instantly welcome. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, with modern and comfortable rooms. I particularly enjoyed the full breakfast they served, which was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is kept clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Close to restaurants and the metro.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Laureles area, and I can't recommend it highly enough. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable and the hotel offered so much for what we paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining! Additionally, the location in a quiet residential area was perfect. It provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to various attractions and amenities.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience and there was not a single aspect of my stay that I would change.

Disliked the small rooms, they were too basic and didn't meet our expectations. It was also very noisy due to a nearby church, making it difficult to sleep in.
