The hotel is conveniently located near the "Ventura Plaza" shopping mall, where guests can enjoy dinner and stroll around safely. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

The staff was rude and unprofessional, charging for everything and not providing hot water or reliable internet. They even tried to charge me twice for something I had already paid for.

We loved staying at this place! It has amazing location right by the best shopping mall in town where we walked around comfortably at night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, giving us a free drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed, such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant offered delicious meals with a great selection to choose from. The service was impeccable and the staff always helped us with any request we had.

Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with the family.

The amenities at the hotel were top-notch - we particularly enjoyed the nice breakfast and the clean facilities. The hotel's location was also a plus - it was easy to get to and very convenient for our business trip. We also appreciated the friendly and kind staff who provided great service throughout our stay.

We did experience some issues with our payment and charges. We were double charged on our credit card without a valid reason and did not receive any refund or resolution from the hotel administration.
