The staff was always ready to help, especially Victor who spoke English well. the dorm room was comfy and clean, and the free breakfast was excellent. It's a quiet place, perfect for relaxing after diving. Maria, the lovely woman at the hotel, made me feel at home. the location is also convenient, close to all the diving centers.

We stayed at San Marcos in Taganga and had a great experience. the room was small but had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed with clean sheets, a bathroom, TV, and a fan. the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily. the staff was very nice and breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable, with hammocks and a shared kitchen available. the location was perfect, at the end of the beach for a quiet night's sleep, but still close to the beach and city center. it was a good deal for the price and the best out of the three hostels we stayed at in Taganga.

Stayed at a beachfront hotel with a fancy terrace. Got free wifi and parking nearby. The tour desk was great, I learned so much about the area.not that I cared.

Oh, and the bed was as hard as a rock. But who needs comfort when you're on vacation, right?

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is strategically situated away from the noisy areas of Taganga, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the harbor, making it easy to explore the area. Despite a few minor issues, such as the need for additional room keys and the lack of a shower head, I found my stay at Hotel San Marcos to be exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Taganga.

Our stay at Hotel San Marcos was excellent value for money, with a small and basic room that had everything we needed. The location was great, just seconds away from the boats to Playa Grande and Parque Tayrona. The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of the city, close to all the food kiosks, but still manages to be peaceful and quiet at night. The view from the dining area and upper terrace is fantastic. Additionally, our room was small but clean, and the air conditioning worked well. We also appreciated having our own bathroom. The hotel offers a great price for all these wonderful amenities.

They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable. the breakfast they prepared was delicious, and they kept everything clean and tidy throughout my stay. the terrace with a view of the bay was breathtaking. the owner of San Marcos has definitely made excellent choices when it comes to the staff. I couldn't have asked for a happier and more efficient hostel. Thanks to everyone!

We had a lovely stay at San Marcos. the location was great and the service was even better. the rooms were small and basic, but exactly what we needed. the staff, especially Ms. Mary, made us feel right at home. They provided fresh filtered water in the lobby and stored our bags when we went to Tyrona. Super close to stores and the boat side of the bay. a great value for your money.

We had such a wonderful stay at San Marcos in Taganga! The staff, especially Maria, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted us with planning our activities and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. The rooms were exactly what we needed after a long day of diving and the terrace and kitchen were fantastic amenities. It was also convenient that they were willing to store our belongings while we visited Tayrona or Minca. The location was perfect, close to stores and the beach, and even though it was on the other end of town, it was still a safe and easy walk to other parts of Taganga.

The beachfront location allowed us to enjoy stunning views of Taganga's coastline. The terrace was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The hostel had free WiFi throughout the property, which was convenient for staying connected.

had an amazing time in taganga, but san marcos was next level. such sweet staff , always making sure we were comfy. loved the view from the dining area and terrace. close to food spots too.

The hotel had a friendly staff, beautiful terrace view, excellent breakfast arepas, and laundry facilities. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the helpful tips to save money during our stay.
