As low-budget travelers, we loved the value for money at this historic property. The staff were excellent and the room was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the included breakfast and took advantage of the free WiFi. The location in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring.

The hotel is perfectly located in the north side of the Old Town, close to the informal cocktail bar and within walking distance to the historic area. The room was beautifully decorated with classic antiques and had a spacious closet. The service was exceptional and the staff always went above and beyond to meet our needs. The complimentary hand and foot massages were a delightful bonus, and the breakfasts with the bread basket were delicious. The rooftop terrace offered great views and the two pools were a nice amenity.

The public areas, like most places in Colombia, are not air conditioned.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from their excellent communication to their attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious and the fact that it was served whenever we wanted, was a great touch. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the mini-bar and flat-screen TV. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that left us wanting to stay even longer.

Breakfast options in cozy dining rooms were a treat. Front desk offered valuable recommendations for dining, tours, and activities. Rooms were charming and the location convenient. Warm, helpful staff make this our second stay. Each room has unique, gothic-inspired decor. Rooftop spa is a peaceful spot to watch sunsets, birds, and the bustling town. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful with the best staff we think we've encountered anywhere. Everyone was so friendly, spoke flawless English, and were just a delight. The room was gorgeous and well-appointed. The breakfast was large and delicious. The hotel is in a great location, right on the outskirts of the Old City, which made it convenient for exploring the historic area. We loved the art and the love of hospitality that was evident throughout this place. We were close to the center and enjoyed the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel.
