The hotel had clean and well, maintained facilities, including amazing pools. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provided a nice beach area with complimentary huts, chairs, and loungers. This allowed us to relax and enjoy the beach without any extra cost.

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient, as it was quite far from the center of the city. This meant spending extra money on taxis to get to Santa Marta or other attractions.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the beachfront access and the secluded atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to have direct access to the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze. Additionally, the reception area and front desk team were professional and provided excellent service.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the staff coordination for the New Year's event was a complete failure.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The staff was excellent, providing top-notch service throughout my visit. The hotel facilities were great, with access to three different locations including a private entrance to the beach. The rooms in the Villa were spacious and well-equipped, with each having their own private bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, and living room. This was perfect for our big group. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and the hotel allowed us to continue using the pool even after check-out. I also appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the beach, airport, and a nearby mall. a highly recommended location!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel; it exceeded my expectations! The cleanliness of the entire hotel was exceptional, from the rooms to the common areas. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its location, as it was very close to the beach, just one street back, making it easily accessible. Moreover, it was surprisingly more budget-friendly compared to other hotels in the area.

When we stayed here, we loved the location outside of the center. It was so peaceful and relaxing, away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. The room service was fantastic, and our room was always clean and well-kept. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace where we could sit and enjoy the stunning views. we had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone.
