The hotel offered amenities important to our stay, especially the free Wi-Fi that allowed us to stay connected.

The staff at Senda Koguiwa were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. One morning, we had an issue with the wifi in our suite, but the staff responded quickly and resolved the problem by the next day. The hotel itself is situated in a beautiful tropical garden setting, just a short walk from the entrance of Parque Tayrona. We loved being able to escape from the city and immerse ourselves in nature. The highlight of our stay was the path from Senda that led us to a stunning river where we could cool off and listen to the sounds of birds and wildlife. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in El Zaino.

The only drawback was that the beverage choices were a bit limited, but considering the remote location of the property, it was understandable. It's best to come prepared with your own drinks if you have specific preferences.

They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. the cleanliness of the premises, including the apartments and pool, was impressive. the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide selection of options and reasonable prices.

First, there was no 24/7 reception, which led to a delay in addressing an issue with the hot water. While the overall experience was positive, the quality of the food at the restaurant could be improved, especially considering the limited dining options in the area.

We stayed at a beautiful, new boutique village in the heart of the rainforest. the huts were comfortable with spacious balconies and cool aircon. the staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. the property had a stunning pool, spa area, and hiking path. We enjoyed birdwatching and duck gazing from our room. the food was delicious and affordably priced. the location was convenient, close to Tayrona National Park. a quiet and peaceful retreat with outstanding amenities. Highly recommended.

We loved the intimate and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. the bungalow we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful oasis. We also enjoyed the wildlife around the resort, spotting various lizards and birds, adding to the charm of the place. the swimming pool area was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The food at the resort's restaurant was a disappointment. the dishes we ordered were not up to par, with some being overly fatty and others lacking in flavor.
