The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to good restaurants. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and lovely views. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel at home. The rooftop pool and bar offer a nice place to relax with a great view.

The breakfast service could be improved, as the staff lacked management and some requests were not properly addressed.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve and we were offered complementary drinks and snacks. Good location near shopping and restaurants. The rooftop bar came with beautiful views.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping us and lacked communication. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and we had to seek out fresh towels.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities, such as the Sauna, Outdoor swimming pool and Sun terrace, fulfilled all our needs. The room advantages were impressive, with a clean, well-appointed space that included everything we could have asked for.

The only minor issue we had was with the service at breakfast. Although the staff were attentive and friendly, we encountered some miscommunication about a special request for non-dairy milk.

Located in a fantastic area with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Enjoyed a spacious room upgrade. Although there was a slight delay in service, the clean swimming pool was a highlight. They accommodated us when our pool schedule was mistakenly double booked.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of the sunrise. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and mall nearby. The pool area offered a stunning view, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
