The hotel is in a great area, very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife nearby. The rooms are always very clean and well furnished, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast is delicious, with a menu to choose from and sit-down service.

The WiFi is slow and unstable.

The staff at Gio Hotel Tama went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the manager's check-ins to ensure our satisfaction. Despite a few mishaps, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Location was in a decent spot for exploring the area's attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. the continental breakfast had a fair variety of offerings including fresh fruit.

The hotel could use a refresh - the rooms were outdated. Soundproofing was very poor which made sleeping difficult.
