During my New Year stay, I was pleased with the spacious rooms at the hotel. the separate living area and bedroom provided plenty of space to relax. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks to consider. the hotel's remote location made it inconvenient to walk to nearby stores or coffee shops, and calling a taxi was necessary for any outings.

Reasonably dark curtains. Privately controlled air conditioning. Restaurant with patio dining and breakfast buffet included.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always addressing me by name. I particularly liked the fact that I could exchange my currency at the reception, making my life so much easier. The rooms were spacious and had balconies with stunning views of the surrounding area.

Although my overall experience was great, I found the restaurant menu to be a bit limited. I also encountered some issues with my door being locked on three occasions, but the staff promptly fixed the problem each time.

The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful and serene location on a hill in Poblado. the view from the higher floor rooms is excellent. the staff is attentive and the food at the restaurant is amazing. the climatized swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and room balcony are all great amenities. the location is convenient for accessing shopping malls and the central Poblado area. it is a great value for the money.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms on the upper floors were spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and table for relaxation. Additionally, having a balcony in my room was a great bonus as I could step outside to smoke and enjoy the lovely view.

As backpackers, we enjoyed the central location and sedate atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The residential location minimizes noise from a nearby highway. The staff is friendly and helpful, with limited English proficiency. The lobby has two guest computers. The rooms are adequate in size, with separate bed and living areas. The firm mattress may take getting used to, but the rooms are well-darkened by curtains.
