The view from the hotel was amazing, especially at sunset. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of space. It was nice to have access to a heated jacuzzi on the terrace, which offered a great view of the surrounding jungle.

The customer service was lacking at this hotel. Check-in was slow and unorganized, with a cringe-worthy introductory video that served no real purpose.

This hotel had exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the sun terrace and garden area offered stunning picturesque views. the Jacuzzi was magical with a perfect view while the full-body massage was professionally catered to my needs. the room's private facilities were exclusive and made me feel like royalty. the restaurant served special diet menus that tasted exceptional.
