As backpackers, we loved the remote location surrounded by coffee and plantain farms. The staff made us feel at home, and the food prepared by onsite chefs was exceptional. The double room with shared bathroom was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were clean with hot water and great pressure. The highlight was definitely Matthew's coffee tour, where we learned about the fascinating Tukawa story. The staff went above and beyond to arrange private tours and transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. an unforgettable experience in a beautiful spot.

I had an amazing time at this wonderful oasis surrounded by coffee and plátano plants. the view over the Andes at sunset was spectacular. the hostel is located far from the stress of the city and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the owners are welcoming and kind, creating a place that feels like home. the food served at the hostel was delicious, and the cooks did an amazing job. the staff took care of me when I was sick and made me feel secure. I stayed here for three weeks because it felt like home.

I recently stayed at Tukawa in Filandia for over a week and I was amazed by this hidden gem. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always made sure we were taken care of. The location is secluded, offering a peaceful and unbothered experience. The hostel itself is in excellent condition, with a beautiful community atmosphere. The views are breathtaking, surrounded by coffee fields and stunning Colombian nature. There are free coffee tours and plenty of activities to do, including short treks to the river and a refreshing pool. The food prepared by their chefs is delicious and reasonably priced. Tukawa offers an authentic, unique, and unforgettable stay.
