I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was situated in a residential area close to the Universities area of Bogota. It made it easy for me to take evening walks and explore the neighborhood. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry service were top-notch. The airport shuttle service was reliable and convenient. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the helpful tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was fantastic. It was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The comfortable sitting area and terrace added to the overall luxurious feel of the room. The in-room safe was also a great feature for added security.
