The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful with a great variety of options. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, close to major offices, restaurants, and a mall. This made it convenient for exploring the city.

When I arrived, the bar area was quite dirty and not well-maintained. The couches were old and had holes, and the window glass was dirty too.

The hotel is located in a quiet business district of the city, away from the main attractions. It is about half an hour from the airport. The rooms are fancy and the service is generally good. The breakfast is available for an extra charge, but it seems that guests are encouraged to take it to avoid additional taxes.

The noise level from the music or other sources can be quite loud, which can be bothersome for those looking for a peaceful stay.

We got great value for our money at the W hotel in Bogota. The room was absolutely stunning and had a world-class view. The staff treated us with such warmth and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We loved the luxurious facilities at the hotel, including the amazing pool and 24-hour gym. The bar was super chic and trying their house cocktails was a must. During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complementary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies offered by the hotel. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was close to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was quite cozy, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and nice view from the window.

The service during breakfast was not up to par, as we felt rushed and the food was cold. the noise level in the hallways was quite high, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, even in the areas that are often overlooked. The staff, including Pablo, Jose, Johan, Alexander, and David Olivares. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location was fantastic, situated in one of the best areas of this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and a 24-hour gym. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff serving it was attentive and friendly.

My husband and I stayed at the W in Bogotá for our one-year anniversary and it was truly a dream. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with prosecco and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The room was impeccable, the spa was a luxurious experience, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel's attention to detail and impeccable hospitality truly sets it apart. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and we are already planning our return trip. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable!

We had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel during our recent trip. The service was exceptional, with the staff greeting us with smiles and offering top-notch assistance whenever needed. We made full use of the Spa & wellness centre, which featured a state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool, steam room, Turkish bath and other relaxation options. The on-site entertainment was great and we particularly enjoyed the night club and the lobby bar. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and filled with exclusive amenities, such as an espresso machine and private facilities.

Despite the numerous advantages, the hotel´s location was quite far from the main city centre. This was the only minor issue we experienced.

Good location, spotless design, comfortable bed, good gym, excellent customer service.
