We stayed in a location with a lot going on, near to a fantastic shopping mall, Santa Fe. We loved that it was an easy walk to a nice grocery store. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom was properly cleaned and well-appointed. The hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed a great breakfast with a good variety and portion sizes. The top floor pool area was fantastic, with incredible views.

One of the rooms we booked was not available for the first night, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The service was impeccable, from the room service to the car hire and the tours/ticket assistance. The location was also great, very close to the city center. We loved the rooftop pool and the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The spa and wellness center was also a very nice touch, with many treatments available, such as massages and beauty treatments. And let's not forget the amazing dining restaurant! The food was simply exquisite, from the breakfast with Colombian tropical fruits to the special diet menus, everything was delicious.

The breakfast options are plentiful, with the ability to customize eggs and pancakes. The rooftop pool is clean and heated, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The coffee offered in the room was limited and we had some negative experiences with a couple of staff members. Some individuals seemed more interested in making a profit than providing good service.

The elegant rooms of this hotel were really comfortable and luxurious with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. The service was excellent, and the Spa & wellness centre was definitely a highlight of my stay. The rooftop pool had a stunning view of the city, and the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The sun terrace with sun loungers was the ideal spot for sunbathing, and I also enjoyed the private facilities that provided a truly exclusive experience. The location advantages included easy access to top local attractions.

While I had an overall great experience at this venue, the only minor issue I encountered was that the public bath was sometimes too crowded to enjoy fully. However, it did not detract from the overall luxurious feel of the hotel, and I still had an excellent stay.
