The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was very close to many local attractions for tourists and it was an easy walk to the historic center. I loved that it was near downtown but outside the noise of the nightlife. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

My stay at Zana Hotel was great! I was in Cartagena for a few days and the hotel was perfectly located in the center of Getsemani. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even organized a shuttle for me from the airport. I loved that they accepted credit card payment and had a safe in the room. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the surprise eggs made by the cook. The rooftop terrace was also a nice touch, with beautiful views of the area. Zana Hotel provided an outstanding value and I would definitely stay here again.

The Wi-Fi could have been better, as it was sometimes slow and unstable. I would have preferred a modern bathroom with more updated amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at a small luxury oasis in the heart of Getsemani. The hotel provided a peaceful and luxurious escape from the bustling neighborhood. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and we loved the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and relaxed in the jacuzzi. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a life saver. Plus, we were thrilled to find a selection of English films on TV. we highly recommend this charming hotel for a delightful stay in Getsemani.

Despite a few minor inconveniences like weak wifi and early breakfast hours, we had a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and perfectly prepared, with two complimentary facts offered on top. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from all the local action and excitement. We also enjoyed the cool, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet room that provided the perfect sanctuary from the noisy city.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike. The only thing we noticed was that the room was on the smaller side, which might be something to note for longer stays.
