We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff, from the doorman to the general manager, made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. The location of this place is perfect, situated on a quiet road close to the center of town. It was convenient for exploring the city and its attractions. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and outdoor dining area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The service, location, and facilities exceeded our expectations.

Spent the Xmas holidays at this hotel and it was an enjoyable experience. the breakfast menu had a range of options that satisfied our taste buds, while the gym was well-equipped and made our workout sessions fun. the hotel's location, which was close to major attractions and shopping areas, was a plus for us.

The customer service needs to be improved. the staff appeared uninterested in attending to us and weren't very welcoming.
