The location is amazing! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The pool area is really nice and the rooms are very spacious. Loved the spacious sitting area in the room. The restaurant is nice and breakfast was always good and filling. The view of the volcano was absolutely breathtaking!

The walls of the cabin were quite thin, so we could hear noises from the next door cabin. Our friends had a missing glass pane in one of their windows which hadn't been repaired.

We had a great stay at a reasonably priced motel-type hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. We enjoyed the convenience of the nearby diner-style restaurant for meals at fair prices. Additionally, the view of the volcano from the porch was amazing in good weather. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast served in the lovely restaurant next door was delicious, offering a good selection. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to all attractions and with shops and restaurants nearby.

Our only minor complaint was that the cabins were a bit thin-walled, allowing us to hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The breakfast choices were great and the room was large with a beautiful setting. Pamela in reception was so helpful, assisting us with tours and things to do. it was a perfect stay with more than we ever hoped for.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a fantastic experience at Arenal History Inn. The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They helped us make phone calls when our cell service didn't work, and even showed us how to use the internal cell phone clock as an alarm. The motel rooms were comfortable with cozy beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the lack of alarm clocks and phones in the rooms, the staff provided excellent solutions. The location of the inn was ideal, within walking distance of numerous great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
