The surroundings and staff were ideal. The room was immaculate and the towel art was fun every day. The little open-air restaurant was quaint and the ability to see the many birds during breakfast was a treat. The kids loved the pool. Getting a freshly made omelette was also very nice. It has an incredible view of the Arenal Volcano.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The small cabins were cozy and had a rustic charm. They were clean and appeared fairly new. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden with colorful flowers, and each morning I enjoyed watching the colorful birds at the bird table. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The basic amenities, such as the refrigerator in the room, were convenient. The breakfast, served in the open-air restaurant near the office, was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

We stayed at Arenal Montechiari for three nights in late October. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cabin we stayed in was basic but clean and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom, which was a nice bonus. We enjoyed spending time on the patio at the front of the cabin, where we could have a sundowner or two. Although there was no wifi in the rooms, we were lucky to have a signal on the patio due to our proximity to reception. the location of the hotel was great, just a ten-minute walk into town, offering a nice balance of convenience and tranquility. the pool was also a highlight, perfect for a refreshing dip.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in beautiful gardens with loads of wildlife to be spotted. The small huts are spacious and clean, perfect for families with three beds in the rooms. The staff here are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The breakfast is a highlight, with fresh cooked eggs included, and a wide variety of choices to start your day.

The only area that could be improved is the limited choice at breakfast.

The town was clean and the hotel grounds were well manicured, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms were cozy, as they were individual wood cabins. The breakfast was tasty, especially the pancakes, and the view of the volcano from the hotel was absolutely stunning. a great stay!
