Despite being located in an industrial area, it was surprisingly quiet. Our room had a charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, which was a nice touch. The receptionist, Shannon, was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport, making it a perfect option for a short stopover. The breakfast had a good variety of fruit, cold and warm dishes, and there is a Denny's diner right next door for a delicious dinner.

Our stay at Holiday Inn - San Jose La Sabana, An Ihg was pleasant. The staff at breakfast was very nice and accommodating. The room we initially stayed in had a moldy smell, but when we requested a room change, they promptly moved us to a better room. The hotel's location was convenient with easy parking and good water pressure in the showers. The room lighting was comfortable and there was a 24/7 restaurant nearby. The pool area was also nice.

Despite the lack of lactose or dairy-free milk options, the breakfast here was tasty and had a great selection of options to choose from. The staff at breakfast were efficient and courteous. The room was quiet and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities and an in-room safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends for its excellent service and location!

The hotel also offers a nice pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. there are multiple on-site dining options, including a breakfast buffet lounge, Denny's, and a casino.

One downside is that some rooms may have a less desirable location, such as being on the first floor with a view of the lobby entrance.
