The staff were incredibly friendly and the free breakfast was one of the best I've had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views into the mountains. The location was convenient, close to various activities and attractions.

That it was quite windy during my stay, and the gaps in the doors made it noisy at night. , the pressure and temperature in the shower weren't great.

I had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at a charming family hotel nestled in the beautiful hills outside Monteverde. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking. I particularly loved the opportunity to explore the nearby finca, where I embarked on a fascinating night tour and even had the chance to climb a ficus tree. The owner was very friendly and we had a delightful chat in the afternoon while spotting animals in the garden. It was truly a peaceful haven.

Staff was so friendly, I felt like a celebrity! They have a tour desk, perfect for planning my next adventure. And free parking?! I felt like a VIP.

The shower was a little lukewarm, it's not like I wanted a hot relaxing shower or anything.

I had the most amazing time at a lodge nestled in the lush mountains of Monteverde. The house was beautifully decorated with huge windows, allowing me to take in the stunning views. The highlight of my stay was witnessing the phenomenal variety of butterflies and hummingbirds right outside my window. It was like living in a dream! The location was also perfect, offering seclusion while still being a short drive from the town. The staff, especially Maribel, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even took care of my dinner preferences. The room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite the lack of AC, the temperature was pleasant, and I enjoyed watching satellite TV on the porch after dark. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Monteverde.

The rooms are like works of art, with stunning all-wood interiors that are both beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The service is exceptional, with friendly and thoughtful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The breakfast is a delight, enjoyed in picturesque lofts and patios with hummingbirds fluttering about. Plus, the hotel is ideally located for various activities, including hiking to a secluded waterfall and exploring the outskirts of Monteverde.

The lunch and dinner food at the hotel could use a little work. While served with great hospitality and good spirits, it didn't quite live up to expectations.

The roads leading to the lodge were a bit treacherous and required a 4x4 vehicle.

Perfect mommy and me trip with my son. Felt incredibly safe and the property is beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond with hospitality and everything was spotless. Delicious breakfast too. Also, the rooms with Mountain view catch the sunset and the garden view catches the sunrise. Both beautiful, I’m sure.

Despite the rooms getting a bit chilly on rainy nights, the thick blankets kept us warm. we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
