During my recent stay at Boutique Hotel Calle 20, I was pleased with the location. It was conveniently close to the bus terminal, making it easy for me to travel around the city. The staff was also attentive and tried their best to accommodate my needs.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of proper cleanliness and a window facing the hallway, I understand that this is a budget hotel and had realistic expectations.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Great location near Paseo Colon and bus stops. The receptionist provided helpful information and treated us like friends.

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for those using public transportation. It is conveniently close to several bus terminals, including the ones for Monteverde, the beach, and the Mepe terminal. The rooms are well-maintained and offer comfortable beds and decent-sized bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to buy breakfast for guests leaving early. the hotel provides a good value for money and is a convenient choice for travelers.

The hotel could improve its cleanliness standards in certain areas.

The rooms were small, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the hotel offered key amenities, such as clean and well-maintained bathroom facilities and good working air conditioning.

The location of the hotel was not great. The area was run-down and unsafe, with homeless people sleeping outside the hotel.
