During my recent stay at Boutique Hotel Calle 20, I was pleased with the location. It was conveniently close to the bus terminal, making it easy for me to travel around the city. The staff was also attentive and tried their best to accommodate my needs.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of proper cleanliness and a window facing the hallway, I understand that this is a budget hotel and had realistic expectations.
