I recently stayed at a beautiful place called Burbi Lake Lodge and had a fantastic experience. If you're looking to disconnect and relax, this is the perfect place. There are no distractions like televisions, and the area is very quiet. The breakfast served every morning is fresh, delicious, and there are multiple options to choose from. Unlimited coffee is also available, which is a great perk. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another highlight is the small nature trails where you can observe ducks, fish, and birds in the surrounding forest.

We loved everything about our stay at Burbi Lake Lodge. We were looking for an adventure in the Cloud Forest and the lodge came through with flying colours! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Ernesto, the concierge, was awesome! He was super helpful and knowledgeable. The lodge is off the beaten path, offering a warm and personal experience with just 12 rooms. The property has a charming backyard lake with fish and a duck family to feed, and a small personal hike path. it was a fantastic and memorable experience.

The location of this lodge is truly remarkable. Surrounded by cloud forest, it offers stunning views of the lake and beautiful scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a lovely view from the window. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with options to order eggs cooked to your liking. The lodge also has its own hiking trail and a lagoon, adding to the overall experience.

Although the lodge is remote, making it a tranquil and secluded retreat, it can be challenging to reach at night. However, this is not the fault of the hotel and can be overcome by using the right navigation app.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beautiful property offered spacious and modern rooms, perfect for my family of five. The hotel facilities were great, with a common area open until 10pm offering tea, coffee, and delicious snacks like banana bread. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even arranged a transfer for us to another city, which was not an easy task. The breakfast provided was exceptional, varied, and made to order. Additionally, the location next to Santa Elena and the stunning lake view added to the charm of this place.

Nothing could have been better.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and enjoyed the complementary Easter eggs that they provided in the room. The location of the hotel was in a secluded spot, which was perfect for us, and the beautiful scenery made up for the winding roads. We were able to enjoy a quiet stay and were close to a natural attraction that we wanted to visit.

The hotel did not offer any meals or a restaurant on site, which was a downside. We had to drive into town or order takeout, which was a bit inconvenient.
