We stayed at Cabinas Montesol Villa for a week and it was a beautiful and spacious bungalow. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location on the quieter end of town was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay, while still being close to everything we needed. the bungalow had a small kitchen, fridge, TV, screened windows, and AC, which was great for our family of four. the beds were comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. the staff also gave us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the area.

I recently stayed at Cabinas Montesol in Puerto Viejo for a short visit. The location is amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good housekeeping. The wifi was excellent, and I loved the cozy vibe. The family who runs the hotel made me feel welcome and part of their life. And I can't forget to mention the adorable doggies who were always happy to see me!

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the charming town. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and stores in the area. It's also located on a side street, away from the main road, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. The building is surrounded by beautiful plants, creating a lovely atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding, making your stay comfortable and pleasant.

One area for improvement is the availability of a security guard or someone at reception after 6pm. Especially for solo travelers, having someone present during the evening hours would provide an added sense of security and peace of mind.
