Great value for the price, the private room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. the breakfast provided was nice and there was also complimentary tea and coffee available all day.

There was a constant strong wind that rattled the building, making it a bit noisy at times. there was some persuasion by the staff to book tours through them rather than elsewhere.

Great variety of hangout places with phenomenal views. Free and delicious breakfast. Memorable receptionist with a distinctive personality. Helpful staff who offered an upgraded room. Convenient location near Santa Elena center. Free shuttle service for tours.

The location of the hotel was also nice, just a few minutes' walk outside the town center, making it quiet at night. The hotel also offered free coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxed stay.

We felt safe walking around even at night. the breakfast provided was generous and the on-site restaurant served delicious food.

I had the Deluxe room for 3 nights and it was one of the best rooms I've ever had. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and there was even an adjoining seating area with a stunning view. The room was impeccably clean and had useful amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. The location was perfect, with everything in the town being close by. The breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in organizing tours. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.
