The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach with a great view. It is also conveniently located near everything in the area, making it easy to explore. The new restaurant may not be fancy, but it is practical and serves delicious food. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The service throughout the hotel is wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of options. Guests can also enjoy the large pool and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxation.

The rooftop jacuzzi is no longer available for guests to use.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel in the heart of Jaco. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants. I loved waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the stunning views from my balcony. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed, including a kitchen in case I wanted to prepare my own meals. The breakfast offered was delicious and a great way to start the day.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Check-in was smooth, with ready room. Friendly and professional staff introduced themselves. Great food, huge drinks, tasty breakfast. Clean room with kitchenette and full fridge. Good WiFi and clean pool surrounded by comfortable lounging area. Staff chased away iguanas for perfect pool day. Highly recommended!

our stay at canciones del mar - beachfront was exceptional. from the painless check-in to the friendly and helpful staff, everything exceeded our expectations. the room was clean and comfortable, with a full-sized fridge and great wifi. the breakfast was delicious and the pool area was perfect for lounging.

Great beachfront view and well-equipped kitchen. Convenient location close to downtown and restaurants. Friendly and polite staff.

Ants and small insects all over the bathroom and kitchen, mold on the walls, and uncomfortable bed. Pool and jacuzzi in poor condition with broken tiles and dirty surroundings.
