Pool area could be improved.

Surrounded by lush jungle and pristine beaches, we enjoyed the privacy and peace we were looking for. The hiking trails through the jungle and along the ocean were breathtaking, allowing us to explore the beauty of the protected lands. Our children had a blast exploring the small wild beaches and discovering colorful corals.

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor activities specifically designed for children.

stayed in puerto viejo before but caribe town bungalows was a game changer! hosts marc and jessica made us feel at home and the staff was amazing too. loved the jungle vibe, delicious daily breakfasts, and the cleanliness of the bungalows. definitely exceeded our expectations and highly recommend it here!

We loved our stay at Caribe Town! The bungalows were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The owners, Jessica and Mark, were incredibly kind and always ready to help. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the specialty drinks like the pina colada. The lodge itself was clean and comfortable, surrounded by lush flora and fauna. It was a peaceful and relaxing homebase, close to the beach and great activities. We also appreciated the convenience of the Jaguar rescue center nearby. We highly recommend Caribe Town to any couple looking for a wonderful getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Colibri in Caribe Town. The owners, Marc & Jessica, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The house itself was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and great cleaning service. We especially enjoyed making our own smoothies with the provided blender. The location was beautiful, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and just a short walk from Cocles beach. We felt at home here and would highly recommend it to others.

Surprisingly, I didn't miss having air-conditioning as the natural ventilation was perfect. The daily breakfast was a highlight, with the French coconut toast being a personal favorite. Additionally, the availability of bike rentals made it easy to explore the nearby area, including the beautiful beach just a short distance away. The presence of various animals added to the charming Caribbean atmosphere.
