We had an incredible stay at a charming, clean, and comfortable accommodation in Coco. The owners were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided helpful local tips and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were fantastic and well-maintained daily. The location was a short distance from downtown, but easy to access with a car or golf cart. We felt like we were at home surrounded by family and would definitely stay here again.

The lack of insulation between the rooftop patio and the rooms was a major downside. I could hear noise from people staying up late on the patio, as well as early morning footsteps waking me up.

The location of the accommodation is convenient, being close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a fridge and coffee machine. there is a washing machine and dryer available for guests to use, making it convenient for families with kids who may need to do laundry while on vacation.

The common areas and kitchen were not well-maintained and there was a lack of hot water in the structure, which could be inconvenient for guests.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and multilingual host. The room was comfortable and we had the convenience of parking right outside our door. I particularly enjoyed having a small fridge in the room, which was perfect for storing drinks and snacks. Additionally, the ceiling fan and AC provided a comfortable environment, especially during the warm holiday season.

One aspect that I didn't appreciate was the bathroom smell, which was a bit unpleasant. It would have been nice if more attention had been given to ensuring a fresh and clean scent in that area.

The property was quiet, clean, secure, and private. Oleg was an amazing host!! The property can be hard to find without GPS but he came and found us and escorted us back. Loved that there was a coffee maker with yummy coffee provided. The fridge in the room was great too!

The rooms were amazing and kept clean every day. The location, although a bit of a walk from the city center, was not a problem as transportation was easily accessible.
