I recently stayed at the lovely Confort Arenal hotel for a short getaway. The breakfast, served in a beautiful open-air setting, was delicious and the staff were wonderful. I loved the suspension bridge that connected the rooms to the office/breakfast area, it was such a fun way to start my mornings. The rooms were simple but comfortable, with a patio to relax on during the day. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and teeming with wildlife, including hummingbirds and even a sloth! The pool, with its cabana for BBQs, was incredibly relaxing. Antony and the rest of the staff went above and beyond in ensuring a great stay.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Outdoor swimming pool: Taking a dip in the pool felt like diving into a revitalizing oasis, a refreshing break from the scorching Costa Rican heat.

Highway noise: Slight inconvenience caused by distant highway noise.

I loved the lush surroundings and the variety of wildlife at Confort Arenal. The flora attracted hummingbirds and I enjoyed watching them during breakfast. The cool bridge connecting the reception to the rooms was a nice touch. The staff, especially Heizel, were welcoming and provided helpful advice on taxi fares and local fruit to try. The location was great, within walking distance to Arenal volcano and hot springs.

It was all superb.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit - the volcano, the National Park, and the hot springs river. The rooms have a nice view and the pool is right in front. The customer service is exceptional, helping us with transportation and arranging activities. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit and traditional dishes. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable.

The WiFi in the rooms can be unreliable at times, but it works well in the dining area and reception.

We had a great experience at Confort Arenal! The hosts went above and beyond, organizing our trips and showing our kids the local wildlife. The new pool is lovely and the location is perfect for exploring the Arenal volcano. The property is filled with beautiful flora and attracts hummingbirds and monkeys. Heizel, the manager, was welcoming and helpful, offering advice on taxis and local fruit. We highly recommend this comfortable hotel for a wildlife-filled stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, nestled on the outskirts of the Arenal volcano and surrounded by lush jungle. We were able to easily visit all the attractions we wanted to see, as everything was nearby. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, especially the eggs which were the best we've ever had. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the Arenal volcano right outside our window. We also loved the facilities, including the new pool which was cool and refreshing.

That there was no blanket provided in the room, only a small fleece throw. it was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our wonderful experience.

The owner was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were nice and had a scenic view. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it while watching hummingbirds. The swimming pool area was very pleasant. The location was convenient for walking to the volcano and hot springs, as well as nearby restaurants and shops.

The lack of nearby shops to buy food was inconvenient. Some of the restaurants in the area closed early or were closed on certain evenings.

Surrounded by lush plants, our accommodation was conveniently located next to everything we wanted to visit. The view of the Arenal volcano was breathtaking. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the breakfast served was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee maker.

The WiFi signal was weak in some areas.

Confort Arenal provided a breathtaking view of the Arenal volcano, with lovely grounds and a beautiful pool area. the cabins were surrounded by lush plants, and there was even a small hanging bridge over a stream. the variety of birds I saw, including toucans, hummingbirds, and Laughing Falcons, was truly astonishing. the personnel, especially Anthony and Eisel, were incredibly kind and accommodating. They arranged transportation for us and served a delicious breakfast every morning. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping after a full day of activities. I highly recommend this place for its stunning location and exceptional service.
