I absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sound of birds chirping, making it feel like paradise. The location was perfect, with a lovely neighborhood to explore. I always felt secure both on and off the property. The hotel felt more like a resort with its numerous amenities and two stunning pools - one surrounded by lush jungle and the other right by the beach. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind. Another great advantage was its proximity to the airport, making it convenient for both arrivals and departures. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic selection of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel is beautiful with two pools , comfortable rooms, and lovely staff. The restaurant, beach club, and lawn area with a pool are great. The jungle spa and tour to BriBri village were amazing.

The hotel has a great outside area with two pools. The architecture is spacious and clean. The staff is polite and attentive, and they even knew my name. The hotel has a great gym.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with beautiful trees in the back and a multitude of birds and parrots to keep me entertained. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the parking was hassle-free. The location was perfect, separate from older guests and offering stunning views of the mountains from the balconies. I was impressed with the helpful and friendly staff, from Mr. Domingo at the front desk to Mr. Johan and Mr. on the bushes. Moreover, the breakfast selection was excellent and satisfying.

Great location near the airport and convenient travel agent in the hotel. the people working at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, especially Jorge and the staff in the lounge. the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and had a resort-like feel. the activities offered, such as cooking classes and drink mixing, were a fun and enjoyable addition to the stay.

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, with thin walls that allowed noise from neighbors and outside parties to be heard. the curtains in the room did not offer complete privacy and allowed sunlight to enter, disrupting sleep.

The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel special. The food, from breakfast to dinner and snacks, was delicious and worth every penny. The hotel has a beautiful hacienda-like atmosphere and the rooms are comfortable, with great views of the pool and gardens. The breakfasts were abundant and served in a lovely setting with beautiful views. The Premier Lounge access was a great perk, with attentive and well-trained staff.

We stayed at the Marriott Hotel in San Jose twice during our trip to Costa Rica. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal transit hub for us. The deluxe King room we booked exceeded our expectations with its modern renovations and cleanliness. The hotel facilities, including the world-class gym and well-maintained pool, were outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was excellent. If you're looking for a restful stop before departing home or beginning a trip around Costa Rica, this hotel is a great choice.

Beautiful hacienda-like hotel. Arrived very late at night after a long journey. Room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the pool and gardens. Abundant breakfasts in lovely setting. Premier Lounge access was wonderful with attentive staff. Housekeeping and front desk were excellent. Delightful overall, but value for money lacking compared to nearby hotels.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, with a beautifully renovated room and bathroom. The staff quickly resolved an issue with the air conditioning, ensuring our comfort. We had a wonderful experience at Marriott. the La Isabel room provided an immersive Peruvian dining experience with delicious food and great service. the entire staff, from Domingo at the front desk to Jasson at the concierge, were friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly stood out to us was the exceptional customer service.

We were amazed by the beautiful setting of the hotel, surrounded by lush green foothills and the old coffee plantation. The views from our room were truly one of a kind. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. We enjoyed taking walks along the walking paths throughout the property. The pool was also stunning. The best part of our stay, however, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and the restaurant even helped us order exactly what we wanted. We felt like we were being treated like royalty. The building design added to the authentic experience. we had an excellent stay at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen.
