The host greeted me with a cup of coffee, the cozy patio was perfect for relaxation, and the location near the airport was incredibly convenient. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well, and the host went above and beyond to help me with transportation and even made a delicious breakfast. Despite a nearby noisy dog, my stay was excellent and I'll definitely be returning.

Convenient location close to the airport - just a short taxi ride costing under 5 dollars. Not far from Walmart supermarket, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness standards were high.

I was passing through San Jose on a flight and stayed at Duerme Tranquilo for one night. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home, despite the language barrier. She even arranged a delicious dinner for me. The property was quiet and clean, and I had it all to myself. The owner also helped me with transportation to the airport. Excellent hospitality and a perfect location for a short stay near the airport!

We enjoyed watching the local wildlife from the terrace at the back of the property. Being just a short distance from the airport and Alajuela made it convenient for our travels. The homestay also provided a true Costa Rican experience, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture. The included breakfast was delicious. If you're looking for something different and want to experience authentic Costa Rican family life, I highly recommend staying here.
