Had a great Christmas holiday at this hotel! the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They even offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby which was a lovely touch. the location couldn't be better, as it was just a short walk to all the main attractions. Our room was also nicely decorated and very clean, making us feel right at home.

The lack of windows facing outside, which made the room feel a bit claustrophobic. the ceilings were quite low which could be an issue for taller guests.
