We had an incredible experience at Finca Tres Equis - Farm And Forest. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and plenty of opportunities for hiking and wildlife spotting. The farm itself was fascinating to explore, with crops, animals, and breathtaking views. Our wood cabin was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The caretaker, Alonso, made check-in easy and the owner, Alfonso, was incredibly helpful even though he was away. The breakfast, delivered from the nearby village, was plentiful and delicious. We would highly recommend this hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful rural getaway filled with natural beauty and adventure. I will definitely recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable stay.

We stayed at Finca Tres Equis - Farm And Forest for one night before heading to Pacuare River Lodge. the location is idyllic, allowing us to explore the farm, witness amazing views, and see various crops and animals. the wood cabin we stayed in was spacious and well-stocked, exceeding our needs. the caretaker Alonso made check-in easy, and we were provided with a plentiful and delicious breakfast delivered from a nearby village. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy rural peace, hiking, and wildlife, I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this unique and stunning property. the host, Alfonso, was incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. the facility was super tidy with a relaxing atmosphere, and the view from the patio was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed rafting and horseback riding, which were conveniently located right at the doorstep. the property's large size and diverse habitat allowed us to see a wide variety of birds and animals, perfect for wildlife enthusiasts. a truly memorable experience.

We had a blast with our friends trying out tons of activities. We went horse riding and felt like cowboys, then went rafting and nearly fell off the boat from laughing so much. We also did some birdwatching and spotted some rare species. The hiking trails were rad, taking us through stunning landscapes. It was the best adventure vacation ever!

We just wished there was a cool party spot on the property for us young party animals to dance the night away.

Beautiful property for hiking and birding with a 4 km road to the Pacuare River. Easy drive, river access, and covered pavilion for relaxation. Host Alfonso is kind, offers activities, and speaks perfect English. Well-appointed kitchen with great coffee. Enjoyed walking through the cacao and coffee farm.

The property was incredibly beautiful and unique, with amazing biodiversity and birding opportunities. The four km road leading to the Pacuare River was easily accessible and provided a great place to relax. The host, Alfonso, was very kind and accommodating, offering various activities such as hiking, horseback riding. The breakfasts were delicious and the kitchen was well-equipped. it was a wonderful and memorable experience.

The cabin floors were a bit slippery and slanted, which could be tricky for older people. some areas of the cabin could have been cleaner, such as the ceiling fan and window frames.

We stayed at Finca Tres Equis for one night as we were heading for Pacuare River Lodge the next morning. The property is absolutely stunning, with 850 acres of land to explore. We loved the 10 ft waterfall and swimming pool, as well as the breathtaking view of Turrialba volcano. The night tour to the natural pond and the "Frog singing concert" was a unique experience, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly host. The horse rides, petting zoo, and large swing added to the fun. The "tent" we stayed in was incredibly well-equipped. a quiet, nature-filled ambiance with a fantastic host!

Our first glamping experience at Finca Tres Equis was great. The spacious tent, comfortable bed, and fantastic shower with a view exceeded our expectations. Fresh coffee from their farm in the morning while enjoying the volcano view and seeing baby horses was a delightful experience. Our host Alfonso was excellent, responding quickly to any questions and making our stay memorable. Walking among the cacao trees and smelling the cocoa beans drying was a unique treat.

The farm and its crops and animals were fascinating to see. We especially enjoyed the hike to the waterfall and swimming spot, as well as the amazing views from the giant swing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wood cabin we stayed in was spacious and well-stocked.

We had a fantastic time at Finca Tres Equis! The owner was very kind and helpful and spoke multiple languages. The communication before our stay was excellent. We enjoyed a night tour on the property to see frogs and spiders, and the view of the Turrialba volcano from the hotel was breathtaking. The breakfast was tasty, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy, like rafting and horse riding. We highly recommend this hotel!
